I am on a mission to help people on their journey of self-discovery and healing. I've lived in Tulsa my whole life, but love to travel to meet new people and learn new ways of living and being. India, Nepal, Tibet, China, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Peru are places I've spent a significant amount of time. I love flowers, gardens, and growing my own food. In my free time you'll find me hiking, camping, or sitting at a coffee shop with a good book and tea. My favorite times of the day are sunrise and sunset. I am a crazy animal lover and love my dog, Nana, and kitten, Appa. Spirituality is a big part of my life and I have a daily practice of spiritual study, meditation, and yoga.

My approach is different with each client. Treatment modalities I use include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Experiencing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Mindfulness is often incorporated into the work we do together. I also offer Eco-therapy.
Typical presenting issues include: anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, life transitions/adjustment, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and eating disorders.
In our sessions together, we will identify your goals, examine obstacles, and create an action plan to bring positive change in your life. I help you to develop daily practices that form positive habits and learn techniques and skills for optimization of your potential.
