Women’s Rage Club
You are invited to Women’s Rage Club, where you reclaim your anger as a source of clarity, power, and life force.
Most women were never taught how to use anger consciously. We were taught to be good girls. To smile when we’re hurt. To stay quiet when something feels off. To accommodate, sacrifice, adapt, and endure. To turn anger inward, into self-doubt, anxiety, resentment, exhaustion, and numbness.
And that suppressed anger doesn’t just disappear. It turns into burnout, resentment, over giving, disconnection from yourself, frustration, losing touch with your voice, and feeling stuck.
Within your anger is information and clarity for your life, and the energy to do something about it. You were born with the capacity to feel 100% anger for a reason. Your anger is a guidance system, an inner compass that tells you what matters to you, what is not okay, what you are no longer willing to tolerate, and what you are here to protect, create, and stand for.
In Women’s Rage Club, you’ll learn how to use your anger as fuel to:
Set boundaries without shame or collapse
Get clear about what you want and make clear decisions
Take a stand for what you care about
Say “No!” or “Stop!” with confidence
Say “YES!” and take a stand for what you’re here to create
Relate with dignity and negotiate intimacy
Create the life you actually want
Reclaim the part of you that refuses to adapt or stay small
Unleash your radiance and aliveness
Your anger is not a problem. It’s clarity, a resource, a force of transformation. Your anger contains information about what you care about, what you will no longer tolerate, what you want to protect, and what you are here to create.
When women reclaim their anger, they become clear, powerful, dignified, and alive. They become women who take a stand, speak truth, create change, and live with vitality and purpose.

Agreements and Culture of the Space
Women’s Rage Club is not just a class or course you take on your own time. It’s a live practice group and community where we create a culture of responsibility, integrity, honesty, empowerment and transformation together. The agreements below exist to support your transformation and the space we are creating. By registering, you are saying yes to participating in this shared culture.

Cameras stay on on during meetings.
Please arrive on time. Doors open 10 minutes before the meeting start time, and close 2 minutes after the meeting start time. After that time, you will not be admitted to the meeting.
Attend from a private space where you can be loud and undisturbed. Rage work involves sound and emotional expression. Please do not join from public spaces or spaces where people or animals may interrupt.
Please have a stable internet connection. Join from a computer if possible, so you can see everyone on the screen.

Water is welcome. Please do not eat food or drink coffee, juice, or other beverages during the meetings.

This is an intensive 8-week online training. Each session builds on the previous one. By registering, you are committing to organize your schedule so that you can attend all 8 meetings. If more than 2 meetings are missed, you will be asked to leave the group, as consistent participation is essential for the integrity of the work and the group. (No refunds will be issued in this case.)
